i couldnt agree more. i think thats how i feel and all of the delena shippers should feel (but instead they try to find excuses for every shit and bad decision he has ever made, pretend he is perfect and never tried to kill almost everyone, if not everyone, etc). he isnt the best for her. never was, never will be. but he loves her and somehow she makes him want to be a better man for her. it’s in a twisted way, but it does. and she fell for him. so this isnt about what’s best. it’s about what’s right. and i love damon, i dont even remember for how long i was waiting for something finally work out for him.
because i had a ‘friend’ here once who used to tell me and some other friends of his that he had depression and that he was used to cut himself and all this stuff. and lbr, on the internet we can never be 100% sure if someone is being honest or not. but i chose to believe he wouldnt joke with something as serious as this, i chose to believe him. i was always worried, everytime he said he couldnt take it anymore and he would kill himself i freaked out. one time he made a goodbye post and he said basically that this time was for real and he didnt want to be here anymore, all those stuff. he pretty much made us believe he was dead for quite a long time. till one day i found he had another account, and he was acting as if nothing ever happened. he didnt even tell me and another friend of mine he was okay. we actually made a blog to help people suffering from depression and stuff because of him, in his honor. but then everything sounded really dumb and now i dont take anything seriously. which is a problem, because i do care about people here but i dont want people playing me dumb again.
